3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account. 3.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your pk989 username and password with any third party. pk989 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 Account Verification. pk989 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including upon withdrawal requests, to verify your identity, age, and source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure.
4.1 Currency. All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on pk989 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is applied on the Platform.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. pk989 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, and bank transfers to/from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Available methods may change and the current list is always displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
4.3 Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as displayed in the Cashier at the time of the transaction. pk989 reserves the right to apply additional transaction limits for security or compliance purposes.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer timings depend on the receiving institution. pk989 does not guarantee specific processing times but endeavours to process verified requests promptly.
4.5 Own Account Rule. All deposits must be made from payment accounts or mobile wallets registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless you contact support with verification of ownership of an alternative method.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pk989 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts. Prior to the application of any fee, pk989 will attempt to notify the account holder using the registered contact details.
5.1 All bets are placed at your own risk. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless pk989 in its sole discretion agrees to do so (for example, in the case of an obvious system error).
5.2 pk989 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on the basis of incorrect odds, system errors, or where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, insider information, or fraudulent activity.
5.3 Maximum payout limits apply to individual bets and cumulative winnings per event. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant game or market section.
5.4 In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the pk989 server records shall be the definitive reference. Independent third-party results services may also be consulted where available.
5.5 For live in-play betting, bets accepted after the official result of the event or market in question has been determined are void. pk989 takes reasonable steps to prevent this but accepts no liability where bets are placed in circumstances where a result was already known.
6.1 Bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentives issued by pk989 are subject to individual terms that will be published alongside each promotion. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk989. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, void of bets, and forfeiture of balances:
8.1 All content on the pk989 Platform, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, game assets, logos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of pk989 or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written authorisation from pk989.
8.2 Your pk989 account is a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform's services. No title or ownership in any game, feature, or content is transferred to you by virtue of your use of pk989.
9.1 The pk989 Platform and all its services are provided "as is" and "as available". pk989 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to uninterrupted service, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is required by applicable consumer protection law.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, pk989 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures or interruptions.
